All guests must be dining.
Bookings must be made for 7pm or earlier.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking or don’t show up, there will be no refund or rescheduling.
Follow staff directions while behind the bar.
Covid Rules will apply what ever they are at the time.
Some classes maybe made of one or two different groups.
Each student will make a minimum of one cocktail each
If your class cannot go ahead due to Covid related restrictions, we can rescheduled the class no refunds are given.
PRE Auth Deposit
A pre auth deposit of $20 per person to secure the booking,
You will only be charged if you do not show up or cancel within 48hrs.
The deposit may be withheld to cover unpaid bills.

Minimum Spend
Weekend group bookings of 15 people or more, we require a $75 per person minimum spend on food and drinks. Payment is taken upfront at the time of booking, and this amount is applied as credit towards your group’s food and beverage on the day.
Alternatively, guests can pay for themselves as they go under the one table booking. If the total group spend reaches or exceeds the minimum spend, we will refund the upfront payment to the person who made the booking.
If the minimum spend is not reached, the difference will be charged as a fee. This policy ensures we can reserve space exclusively for your group and have the right staff and service ready for your booking.

We allow 15 mins to get you settled then 90mins start. (so it is basically 105 mins if you have shit together.)
Any changes to booking 48hrs prior to booking date will not be refunded, a credit can be offer to be used within 6 weeks of booking date.

Fix our dunnies
1. Promoter
The promoter is Coin Pocket Pty Ltd trading as Pocket Bar, 74 Terrigal Esplanade, Terrigal NSW 2260 ("Pocket Bar", "we", "us").
2. The competition
2.1 "Fix Our Dunnies" invites the public to submit design concepts for the three bathrooms at Pocket Bar Terrigal.
2.2 This is a competition of skill. Winners are selected on merit and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
3. Who can enter
3.1 Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Directors, employees and contractors of Coin Pocket Pty Ltd and related House of Pocket entities, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
3.3 One entry per person. A person may include designs for one, two or all three bathrooms in that single entry.
4. Entry period
4.1 Entries open at 8pm AEDT on 16/10/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 6/11/2026 ("Entry Period").
4.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
5. How to enter
5.1 To enter, email your design to info@houseofpocket.com.au during the Entry Period with the subject line "Fix Our Dunnies". Include your full name, suburb, phone number and the design in any format (sketch, mood board, 3D render, photos, written brief, slideshow).
5.2 Entries sent by direct message on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok are welcome but must be confirmed by email under 5.1 before close to be a valid entry.
5.3 Entries must be the entrant's own original work, or clearly credit any third-party images used as reference. Entries that copy a protected design or use someone else's work as their own will be disqualified.
5.4 Entries must be suitable for publication. Anything offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful will be disqualified without notice.
5.5 Entry is free. No purchase is required.
6. Judging
6.1 A panel appointed by Pocket Bar will judge all valid entries on: (a) creativity and originality; (b) feasibility within a small-bar bathroom budget and the existing room footprint; (c) fit with the Pocket Bar brand and the Terrigal setting; and (d) durability and ease of cleaning in a licensed venue.
6.2 Pocket Bar may publish a shortlist on its social channels and invite public comment. Public comment is advisory only and does not determine the winners.
6.3 Judging will be completed by 12/11/2026. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4 Pocket Bar may choose not to award a prize for a bathroom if no entry meets the brief.
7. Prizes
7.1 Up to three prizes will be awarded, one for each bathroom. Each prize is one Pocket Bar food and beverage voucher valued at $300 AUD, plus the winner's first name and surname initial on a plaque displayed in the relevant finished bathroom.
7.2 One entrant may win more than one prize if their entry is selected for more than one bathroom.
7.3 Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable at Pocket Bar Terrigal only, not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid on public holidays, New Year's Eve or ticketed events. Unused value is forfeited. Responsible service of alcohol applies.
7.4 Total prize pool: $900 AUD.
7.5 Pocket Bar may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
8. Winners
8.1 Winners will be contacted by phone or email by 12/11/2026 and announced on Pocket Bar's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
8.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of first attempt, or declines the prize, Pocket Bar may award the prize to the next-ranked entry.
8.3 Winners must collect their voucher in person at Pocket Bar and show valid photo ID.
9. Your design and our rights
9.1 Entrants keep ownership of their design.
9.2 By entering, each entrant grants Coin Pocket Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, combine with other entries and build their design, in whole or in part, for the Pocket Bar bathrooms and for related marketing.
9.3 Pocket Bar may publish any entry, with the entrant's first name and suburb, on its social channels, website and in venue. Entrants consent to this and waive any claim to payment.
9.4 Pocket Bar is under no obligation to build any entry, winning or otherwise, in the form submitted. The final design may differ from, combine or depart entirely from the winning entries.
10. Privacy
10.1 Personal information collected is used to run the competition, contact winners and announce results. It is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our privacy policy.
10.2 Entrants may opt in to the House of Pocket mailing list. Entry does not add anyone to the list automatically.
11. General
11.1 Pocket Bar may verify an entrant's eligibility and disqualify any entry that breaches these terms.
11.2 Pocket Bar may cancel, suspend or amend the competition if it cannot run as planned for reasons outside its reasonable control, subject to any directions from a regulator.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Bar is not liable for any loss arising from entry, late or lost entries, or the use of a prize. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
11.5 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
