House of Pocket Careers

House of Pocket were one of the first on the small bar scene in Sydney when we opened Pocket Bar Darlinghurst in 2009. Since then, we have opened 4 more venues throughout NSW. All of our venues create a vibe that feels as though we are welcoming guests into our own homes, where they can relax and enjoy good food and drinks. We provide a cool experience, without the bullshit. We achieve this by building a team of like-minded professionals.

At House of Pocket we care more about what you can bring to the team, rather than where you’ve worked before. We can teach you the tricks of the trade, but we can’t teach personality and work ethic.

Bartender - Stitch Bar Sydney

Floor Staff - Stitch Bar Sydney

Pocket Bar Terrigal (this is not in sydney)

Cocktail Bartender - 20 to 30hrs per week, must have experience in high volume cocktail bar.

Barback - Must be over the age of 18, Friday and Saturday night shift with more in summer peak season.

Kitchen hands - 20 to 30hrs per week, from mid December juniors will be able to apply 14yrs + Please note this will be working in the kitchen area and not bar area.
