Get ready for a cracking night of live music as the Moussa Diakite Trio hits the stage!

Malian guitar legend Moussa Diakite brings a one-of-a-kind sound, blending West African rhythms with blues, jazz, Cuban flavours and Afro-rock. He cut his teeth with the iconic Afro-Latin Super Rail Band, went on to play with Grammy Award–winning kora master Toumani Diabaté, and toured the world with Salif Keita (the “Golden Voice of Africa”) across multiple world tours from 1990 to 1995.

With his band Wassado, Moussa has lit up major Aussie festivals including WOMADelaide, Woodford, Vivid, Bellingen Winter Festival and Mullum, and now he’s bringing that big festival energy to this special show.
